Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness throughout the facility
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
• Train and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and maintenance
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning activities and address any specific needs or requests
• Handle customer complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to housekeeping operations
• Proficient in using cleaning equipment and supplies
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training in housekeeping management is a plus
