As well as disciplining when standards are not being meet and/or policies are broken. Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to work at your scheduled time.
Completing Key Inventory daily at the beginning of shift AND end of shift.
Completing daily personnel status report.
Completing daily supervisor report and turning it in to the DES or ADES at the end of each shift.
Complete quality inspections daily.
Mange all employees fairly with respect and dignity.
Directing employees properly to maintain standards stated in the contract.
Report unsafe conditions and provide the quality control manager with the conformation number.
Check housekeeping closets regularly.
Check in on each employee on your shift daily.
Sign out keys at the beginning of your shift as well as being available to receive keys from employees at the end of your shift. Please keep in mind once you sign those keys in confirming the employee gave the back, placement of those keys falls on you.
Complete corrective action, (on paper) when policy and standards are broken which include but not limited to: attendance, tardiness, poor performance, misconduct, and violation of company policy.
Fill out incident reports completely and notify the DES and the ADES immediately.
Final walk through throughout the hospital at the end of shift to ensure all halls are clear and all doors are locked.
If for whatever reason, you fail to do maintain the expectations stated above, there will be corrective actions taken by the DES or the ADES.
