Join our dynamic team at our hotel as a Room Supervisor, where your leadership and attention to detail will ensure our guests enjoy a memorable stay. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the housekeeping supervisor to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in a stylish, welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure rooms and public areas meet quality standards Coordinate with the housekeeping supervisor to assign tasks, monitor staff performance, and support daily cleaning operations Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met Perform hands-on housekeeping duties, including cleaning and preparing guest rooms, when needed to maintain service standards and support the team Support training and development of housekeeping staff to uphold service excellence Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly to enhance the guest experience Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and adequate stock levels Enforce health and safety regulations and hotel policies among housekeeping staff Collaborate closely with the Front Desk team and Chief of Maintenance to coordinate room readiness, communicate guest requests, and ensure housekeeping and maintenance issues are addressed promptly
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle guest concerns professionally
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
