T.E.A.M. = Together Everyone Achieves More About the Role As the Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Manager , you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department and play a critical role in creating an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for leading and developing the housekeeping TEAM, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, managing daily operations, and ensuring the department consistently meets guest, brand, and business expectations. This position is ideal for an experienced, hands-on hospitality leader who is organized, detail-oriented, confident managing a team, and takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards. What You'll Be Responsible For Lead, supervise, train, and motivate the Housekeeping TEAM Oversee daily operations for guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and housekeeping supplies Conduct room and public-area inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet standards Develop daily schedules and manage staffing based on hotel occupancy and business needs Monitor productivity, quality, and guest satisfaction Coach associates and address performance issues when necessary Manage housekeeping inventory, supplies, and ordering Ensure proper use, storage, and handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment Partner with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations Respond to and resolve housekeeping-related guest concerns professionally and promptly Manage labor and departmental expenses while maintaining service standards Ensure compliance with hotel, brand, safety, sanitation, and OSHA standards Create a positive, accountable, and TEAM-oriented work environment What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who can lead by example, hold high standards, and develop a strong housekeeping TEAM. Required Qualifications 3+ years of housekeeping leadership experience in a branded or luxury hotel Proven experience supervising, training, and developing a housekeeping team Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Ability to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and department leaders Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, handling, and disposal Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed Preferred Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish Experience with hotel housekeeping systems and brand standards Experience managing labor, inventory, and departmental budgets Why Join Our TEAM?
