Duties Conduct thorough inspections of all housekeeping areas to verify cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards are met consistently Supervise and guide housekeeping staff, providing training on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations Ensure adherence to industrial and commercial cleaning protocols, including janitorial and laundry services Monitor compliance with safety regulations and sanitation policies to prevent hazards and promote a safe working environment Manage cleaning schedules, assign tasks efficiently, and oversee daily operations for optimal team performance Conduct regular audits of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure proper usage and maintenance Collaborate with management to develop and implement cleaning & sanitation management strategies that enhance service quality Skills Extensive experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments with a focus on sanitation and safety regulations Proven staff supervision and team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams effectively Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning methods, commercial cleaning practices, and janitorial procedures Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate tasks clearly and foster a positive team atmosphere Customer service orientation with the ability to address concerns promptly and professionally Experience in managing laundry operations within hospitality or institutional settings Leadership qualities that inspire trust, accountability, and continuous improvement in housekeeping standards
