Duties Assist in supervising housekeeping staff to ensure cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards Support the implementation of sanitation and safety regulations across all areas, including industrial and commercial cleaning environments Coordinate daily cleaning schedules, including laundry and custodial tasks, to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and foster a positive work environment through effective managerial communication Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols during all cleaning activities, including sanitation management and industrial cleaning procedures Assist in training new staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety regulations, and customer service expectations Support the management of janitorial supplies inventory and ensure proper storage and usage Experience Proven experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping roles Supervising or team management experience within a cleaning or janitorial environment Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service Experience with laundry operations and industrial cleaning is preferred Excellent communication skills for managerial interactions and team supervision Prior management or supervisory experience in a hospitality or custodial setting is highly desirable Join us to make a tangible difference every day by ensuring our facilities shine with cleanliness!
