In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily management of housekeeping staff, ensure high standards of sanitation and cleanliness, and uphold safety regulations across all areas. Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations. Monitor cleanliness across all areas, conducting inspections to ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and hospitality standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement processes to support seamless operations. Enforce safety regulations related to industrial cleaning, custodial work, and use of cleaning chemicals to prevent accidents or hazards. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, leadership, and recognition of staff achievements. Requirements Proven experience in custodial services or commercial cleaning management with a strong background in housekeeping supervision. Demonstrated leadership skills with previous team management or supervisory roles in hospitality or industrial cleaning environments. Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and best practices in janitorial services and facility maintenance. Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate teams effectively and liaise with other departments or clients.
