Crothall.com. Job Summary This individual will assist the Director with all operational needs of the facility, particularly by helping the department to achieve established objectives, standards, policies and procedures within the federal, state and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinates the tasks of the subordinate Supervisory and Management team Carries out daily schedules and fulfills all customer needs Assists with inspections and evaluates physical condition of facility Attends regular staff meetings and communicates with members of other departments to coordinate operation activities Carries out major projects, assuring that staff perform their duties and have the necessary supplies Maintains excellent relations with residents, Client and all community departments Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, preferred At least 3 years of experience, preferred Excellent customer services skills and experiences Strong work ethic, intense drive, and initiative for quality and customer service Excellent stress management skills, administrative and organizational, and follow-through skills Excellent written and oral communication Contract-managed service experience is desirable Apply to Crothall today!
