Our property recently transitioned from Sonesta to Mainstay Suites by Choice hotels and is currently undergoing a full renovation expected to be completed within the next 4-5 months . Our goal is to bring this hotel back to its prime by providing exceptionally clean rooms, great guest service, strong reviews, and a positive atmosphere for both guests and employees. Responsibilities Fully clean guest rooms when needed and maintain high cleanliness standards. Supervise, train, and manage the housekeeping team. Inspect rooms to ensure they meet hotel and brand standards. Learn and follow all hotel brand requirements and housekeeping procedures. Learn and navigate the hotel computer system as needed. Manage housekeeping supplies, linen, room assignments, and daily operations. Work closely with management and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. What We Are Looking For Previous hotel housekeeping experience is strongly preferred , especially in an extended-stay environment. We are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, organized, able to lead a team, and willing to work alongside their staff when needed.
