What You'll Do:

Lead, coach, and inspire the Housekeeping team to consistently exceed Hilton cleanliness standards. Recruit, train, schedule, and develop housekeeping associates. Conduct daily room inspections to ensure exceptional quality and guest satisfaction. Manage labor productivity while maintaining high service standards. Oversee inventory, ordering, and proper use of housekeeping supplies and equipment. Partner with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure rooms are guest-ready and operational. Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and special requests. Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards, safety procedures, and company policies. Foster a positive, respectful, and accountability-driven team culture.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 2 years of housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel environment (Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper preferred). Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as business demands. Experience with Hilton brand standards is a plus.
