Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st shift Custodial Manager $50-60k We are looking for a strong, positive, and dependable team player with janitorial supervisory experience who can lead the team in meeting and exceeding client expectations for cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to motivate and direct team members in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Supervising and supporting the janitorial team throughout the shift Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly and according to standards Providing instruction, coaching, and follow-up with team members to ensure quality performance Conducting routine inspections to verify work quality and address any deficiencies promptly Ensuring employees have the tools, supplies, and support needed to complete their assignments
