We are looking for someone who takes pride in cleanliness, can lead and hold a team accountable, and is willing to work alongside the housekeeping team when needed. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for ensuring guest rooms and hotel areas consistently meet our cleanliness and brand standards. Job Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and support the housekeeping team Assign daily room boards and organize workloads efficiently Inspect cleaned guest rooms before they are released for guests Ensure rooms are thoroughly cleaned and ready on time for check-in Train new housekeeping employees on cleaning procedures and hotel standards Coach and correct employees when cleanliness, productivity, attendance, or performance expectations are not being met Monitor vacant rooms and ensure they remain clean, fresh, and guest-ready Coordinate deep-cleaning and preventative cleaning projects Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping closets, storage areas, hallways, and laundry areas Monitor linens, towels, guest amenities, cleaning supplies, and housekeeping inventory Help prevent unnecessary waste, linen loss, and misuse of supplies Report maintenance issues, damages, leaks, mold, pest concerns, or other room problems immediately Communicate room status and housekeeping concerns with the front desk and management Assist with cleaning rooms, stripping rooms, laundry, and other housekeeping duties when needed Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and compliance with safety and sanitation procedures Maintain a productive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment Qualifications Previous hotel housekeeping experience required Previous Head Housekeeper, Housekeeping Supervisor, or similar leadership experience preferred Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards Ability to lead employees while also working alongside the team Dependable, punctual, organized, and able to manage daily priorities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable providing direction and holding employees accountable Ability to work independently without constant supervision Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform physical housekeeping duties for extended periods

Pay & Schedule Starting Pay:

$16.00 per hour Final pay may vary based on experience and qualifications. Schedule will vary based on hotel occupancy and business needs. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
