The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional service in a hotel or hospitality environment. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure that all areas are clean, organized, and welcoming for guests. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to uphold company standards in cleanliness and service. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels. Address any guest concerns or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance the overall guest experience. Implement best practices for industrial cleaning, floor care, and custodial duties across the facility. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong understanding of custodial practices, including industrial cleaning techniques and floor care maintenance. Proven ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
