Responsibilities Assist in managing client accounts by coordinating cleaning schedules, sanitation protocols, and service delivery standards Supervise cleaning staff and custodial teams, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations Oversee industrial cleaning projects, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and sanitation procedures Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service Monitor team performance, conduct training sessions on safety regulations, cleaning & sanitation management, and hospitality standards Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, including proper handling of laundry services and janitorial tasks Support management in planning staffing schedules, conducting performance evaluations, and maintaining quality standards Experience Proven supervisory experience in cleaning services or custodial environments, preferably within industrial or commercial settings Extensive background in hotel or hospitality housekeeping management is highly desirable Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in fast-paced environments Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and management of janitorial or laundry operations Excellent managerial communication skills coupled with a customer-focused mindset Prior experience in industrial cleaning or commercial cleaning projects is a plus Familiarity with team supervision, management principles, and delivering exceptional customer service Join us to lead with energy and purpose! Pay:
