Job Summary The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department within a hospitality setting, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and order. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to guests. The Executive Housekeeper will manage a team of housekeeping staff, coordinate schedules, and implement cleaning protocols to enhance guest satisfaction and maintain the overall aesthetic of the property. Duties Supervise and train housekeeping staff in cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards. Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for staff. Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to address guest needs and resolve any issues promptly. Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on departmental efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends in housekeeping management and implement best practices within the team. Qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hospitality environment or similar setting. Strong knowledge of custodial practices, industrial cleaning techniques, and floor care maintenance. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in training and developing staff members. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Familiarity with hotel operations is preferred but not mandatory. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience during their stay while maintaining the reputation of the establishment for cleanliness and hospitality excellence.

From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
