Job Description

As our Housekeeping Inspector, you are the final check between a good room and a great one. You walk each room after it is cleaned, confirm it meets our quality standards, and give housekeepers the clear, kind feedback that helps them do their best work. Guests notice the difference a well inspected room makes, and so do we. If you have a sharp eye for detail and a steady, supportive approach with your team, this role is a strong fit. What You Will Do Inspect all guest rooms according to Town & Country quality standards before they are released to guests. Monitor housekeepers' daily work and keep an accurate, up to date record of inspection results. Let housekeepers know, clearly and constructively, when something in their room needs correction. Respond to guest concerns by promptly rechecking the room and confirming the issue is resolved. Confirm that guest room doors are shut securely after cleaning and inspection. Inspect public areas cleaned by other team members to confirm they meet the same quality standards. Notify the maintenance department as soon as a maintenance issue is identified. Remain on site until all housekeepers have finished their shifts and all rooms have been inspected.
