Job Description

Housekeeping Supervisor - Morristown, NJ - female team

Location:

Morristown, NJ Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM . Must be available to work some weekends during special events . Job Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team. Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization are maintained. Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance. Train and support new employees. Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Team Leader. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Availability to work occasional weekends for special events. Basic English skills required to maintain everyday workplace conversations. Spanish language skills preferred. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team and help maintain an exceptional experience for our guests.

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
