We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join our organization. Job Summary As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will lead, motivate, and support our cleaning staff to ensure that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness at all times. This is a hands-on role, requiring regular participation in cleaning duties alongside your team. You will provide on-the-job training, oversee staff performance, and handle attendance, discipline, and welfare matters as needed. Key Responsibilities Supervise, motivate, and support cleaning staff to ensure high standards are consistently met. Participate in daily cleaning tasks as a working supervisor. Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members. Monitor and record staff attendance; address disciplinary and welfare issues as required. Conduct regular cleaning audits and inspections to ensure quality standards. Maintain adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as necessary. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Deliver excellent customer service and respond promptly to client requests or concerns. Prepare and submit routine reports on cleaning operations and staff performance. Requirements Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in the cleaning industry. Proven ability to train, motivate, and lead a team. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. Availability to work evening (PM) shifts. Must possess valid identification and be authorized to work in the United States. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Compensation This is a salaried position. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
