$40,000-$60,000 annually, depending on experience We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive House Manager / Housekeeper to help manage the day-to-day needs of a private household in Verdi, NV. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, is detail-oriented, takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized home, and enjoys making sure everything runs smoothly. This is a hands-on role that includes housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, errands, pet care, and general household management.

Responsibilities Include:

Housekeeping & Home Care Thoroughly cleaning and maintaining the home, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and common areas Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and general cleaning Maintaining a consistently clean, organized, and welcoming home Laundry, including washing, drying, folding, ironing, and putting away clothing and household items Changing and laundering bed linens, towels, and other household linens Making beds and maintaining bedrooms and guest spaces Keeping closets, cabinets, and household areas organized Monitoring household cleaning and personal care supplies and restocking as needed Identifying household needs and taking initiative to address them Household Management Preparing dinner 3-5 nights per week Grocery shopping and managing household groceries Household organization and inventory Running general household errands Coordinating and managing household appointments and service providers Scheduling and overseeing home maintenance and repairs Helping with seasonal and occasional deep-cleaning projects Assisting with preparing the home for guests and special occasions Pet Care Dog walking and general pet care Helping maintain a clean and comfortable environment for household pets

Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Takes pride in cleaning and maintaining a home to a high standard Proactive and able to work independently without constant direction Comfortable with hands-on housekeeping and laundry Comfortable preparing simple, home-cooked meals Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities Trustworthy and respectful of privacy Flexible and willing to assist with a variety of household needs Professional, friendly, and comfortable working in a private household Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys taking ownership of a home and helping keep everything clean, organized, and running smoothly.
