Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring all cleaning tasks meet quality standards Assign work schedules and monitor team performance to maximize efficiency and consistency Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to verify cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and safety protocols Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and maintenance Enforce safety procedures related to manual handling, heavy lifting, and the use of PPE during all cleaning operations Address any guest or staff concerns promptly, resolving issues related to cleanliness or service quality Experience Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or large-scale cleaning environments Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising or managing a team of cleaning staff Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety standards, and the proper use of PPE Experience with heavy lifting and manual handling tasks required for maintaining large or high-traffic spaces Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment, supplies, and best practices in maintaining hygiene standards Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a dedicated team committed to excellence!
