Greenport, NY About Us The North Fork Resort is a premier destination on Long Island's North Fork, known for delivering an exceptional guest experience in a relaxed, coastal setting. We're looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who takes pride in immaculate spaces and knows how to build a team that shares that pride. About the Role The Housekeeping Supervisor manages the daily operation of our housekeeping and laundry departments, ensuring every guest cottage and public space reflects the elevated standard our guests expect. This role is as much about people as it is about cleanliness — you'll hire, train, and develop a team that takes ownership of the guest and owner experience, and you'll set the tone for a department that runs with consistency, care, and pride. What You'll Do Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping, laundry, and breakfast department staff Build and lead a team with a strong focus on guest and ownership experience Direct daily housekeeping operations across guest cottages, public areas, and laundry Inspect cottages and common areas to ensure standards are consistently met Manage inventory of guest and housekeeping supplies, ordering as needed Monitor guest satisfaction scores and drive continuous improvement in cleanliness ratings Identify and resolve issues quickly, communicating daily with the General Manager Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as business demands require What You Bring Housekeeping management experience required — you've supervised or managed a housekeeping team before A proven track record of building and leading a team focused on delivering a high-quality guest and owner experience Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Clear, professional communication skills with staff and guests alike Bilingual (English/Spanish) a huge plus Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs, and to stand, move, and work throughout a shift Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays If you're a hands-on leader who takes pride in a spotless property and a strong team, we'd love to hear from you. for all.
