```Duties``` As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility.

Your duties will include:

• Supervising and managing a team of housekeeping staff
• Ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained
• Developing and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures
• Training new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
• Monitoring inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient operations
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Handling customer complaints or concerns regarding cleanliness
• Maintaining records of housekeeping activities and performance ```Skills``` To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
• Strong background in custodial or commercial cleaning, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Excellent leadership and management skills to effectively supervise a team
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers
• Ability to handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
