In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance operations across our hospitality or commercial facilities. Your leadership will ensure that all spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. As an energetic manager, you will motivate your team, implement efficient cleaning procedures, and uphold strict safety and sanitation regulations to create a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and custodial services, ensuring timely and thorough completion of tasks Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service excellence Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols for sanitation, and safety procedures aligned with industry best practices Oversee industrial and commercial cleaning projects, ensuring proper use of equipment and environmentally friendly cleaning agents Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain operational efficiency Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with sanitation standards, safety regulations, and management policies Foster a positive team environment through effective managerial communication, leadership development, and conflict resolution Experience Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping or custodial management within hospitality or commercial settings Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and safety regulations applicable to industrial and commercial cleaning environments Strong team management skills with demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams effectively Previous experience in managing laundry operations and janitorial services preferred Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff, management, and clients while maintaining a focus on customer service excellence Hands-on experience with cleaning & sanitation management tools, equipment operation, and safety protocols Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment
