Job Responsibilities:

Building preventative maintenance and repairs, basic landscaping and snow removal Oversight of the housekeeping and security departments Ensure environment of care regulatory compliance and documentation Ordering supplies within budget guidelines Ensure effective communication with clients and staff Qualifications; Compassionate support of recovery Prior building maintenance experience Basic repair skills in plumbing, electrical, and drywall Excellent communication skills
