Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and sanitation tasks across all areas of the property Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with safety regulations and sanitation standards Monitor cleaning procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety protocols. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and usage in accordance with safety regulations Develop staff schedules, assign tasks efficiently, and oversee team performance to meet operational goals Handle guest inquiries or concerns related to cleanliness or service promptly and professionally Experience Proven supervisory experience in hospitality or custodial environments with a strong focus on team management and leadership Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, industrial cleaning methods, and janitorial best practices Experience managing commercial cleaning operations within hotels or similar settings Familiarity with safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and workplace safety standards Strong communication skills for effective management of staff and interaction with guests or clients Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction Previous experience in laundry services or hospitality housekeeping management is highly desirable

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
