Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for effective workflow. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the hotel environment. Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including staff performance and inventory usage. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Strong communication skills to interact with guests and staff professionally. Familiarity with custodial equipment and cleaning supplies. Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet operational demands.
