Environmental Services / Custodial Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 1 Apply Now Search all jobs Job Description Role Overview Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services (EVS) Manager 1 for SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital in Shawnee, OK. The EVS Manager will oversee second-shift operations, leading environmental services teams that support patient discharges, ancillary departments, and cleaning services for eight off-site clinics. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive operational excellence, maintain high standards of cleanliness and regulatory compliance, and foster a positive team culture. The ideal candidate will be flexible, customer-focused, and experienced in environmental services, housekeeping, or custodial operations within a healthcare or similarly complex environment. Strong leadership, staff development, and operational management skills are essential for success in this role. What You'll Do be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores; provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department; lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives; effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and/or support a diverse and inclusive workforce What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
