In this essential role, you will safeguard our room quality—ensuring every guest steps into a flawless, welcoming space. Working alongside our room attendants, maintenance team, and front desk, you will inspect rooms, mentor team members, and support housekeeping operations during peak arrival periods.

Responsibilities:

Conduct rigorous daily checks of guest rooms, public spaces, and event areas to guarantee our luxury standards are met before releasing rooms to the front desk. Mentor, train, and support room attendants on effective cleaning techniques, safety policies, and efficient shift management. Lead by example by stepping in to strip beds, clean guest rooms, assist in laundry, or help restock closets during high-occupancy days. Partner closely with the Front Desk on room readiness priorities and log prompt work orders for the maintenance team when repairs are needed. Assist with monitoring linen par levels, managing storage closet organization, and tracking housekeeping supplies.

Experience and Skills:

2+ years of housekeeping experience in a hotel setting, with prior supervisory or inspection experience preferred. An eagle eye for cleanliness—noticing the minor details that make a huge difference to our guests. Positive, approachable, and encouraging team player who stays calm under pressure and manages time effectively. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 lbs consistently, and push heavy housekeeping carts throughout an active 8-hour shift. Available to work weekends, holidays, and adjust to seasonal property demands. Bilingual is a plus
