Housekeeping Supervisor Mechanicsburg, PA Hyatt Studios is now hiring a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. The Housekeeping Supervisor are responsible for ensuring a clean and orderly appearance of the guest rooms, public areas, linen closets, and laundry areas in a cost‐effective manner while assisting the Executive Housekeeper with department operations.

Pay:

$17 - $18/hour, offer dependent on experience The right candidate will have: Previous experience in a cleaning position Previous supervisory experience Previous experience in a hospitality setting Our Housekeeping Supervisor and Housekeeping Manager will: Supervise all department personnel Provide clear direction in assigning and instructing housekeeping and laundry staff in details of work Provide staffing, training, counseling, and performance reviews for housekeeping department. Plan, organize, and monitor staff activities to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards set by hotel Product management; inventorying and purchasing Expense management Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting Monitor and enforce proper and safe use of chemicals and supplies. Monitor and enforce proper equipment operation Direct department training programs including Orientation, New Hire Training, Certifications, ongoing training, and Performance Evaluations. Clean and inspect guest rooms and public spaces Develop and execute projects including identifying the necessary tasks and deadlines, assigning them to appropriate people, and following up as needed to ensure effective and timely completion. Provide security for guests, employees, and property adhering to security procedures for guest room keys and master keys.
