• Housekeeping Manager

• Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee and lead our housekeeping team in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management within the hospitality or hotel industry.

• Duties:

• Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and protocols to meet quality standards
• Train new housekeeping employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely room turnovers and guest satisfaction
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety regulations
• Address any maintenance issues or guest complaints promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with the front desk team to prioritize room assignments based on guest needs

• Experience:

• Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Knowledge of custodial practices, floor care, industrial cleaning, and housekeeping management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
