FULL TIME HOUSEKEEPING AREA MANAGER

for 6 area schools that will supervise a team of 30 people who perform cleaning in schools.

Shift:

Monday through Friday-11AM to 7PM-Must be flexible to come to work when needed-will work 40 to 50 hours per week

Duties:

Hire and train custodial workers for schools Inspect performance to ensure quality standards are met Perform cleaning duties when short staffed Track supply usage and inventory needs Assist the Contract Manager in any assigned tasks Investigate and inform Defender Managers of any complaints or issues Check and maintain equipment and cleaning supplies to ensure compliance

Advance Requirements:

Highly motivated to pay full attention to detail Reliable transportation to work 18 years of age or older 5 years of Janitorial/Housekeeping Management experience preferred Willing to work in a school environment Willing to perform cleaning duties at any time Valid Driver's License to operate company vehicles Must be able to squat, bend, reach, push, pull, walk, stand and lift 30 pounds during the entire shift Excellent time management Good communication skills Problem solving skills Willing to wear all required PPE Adherence to all safety protocols Must pass a drug test Must pass a background check
