Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead and manage all aspects of housekeeping operations within our hospitality environment. Duties Lead and supervise housekeeping staff, providing clear direction, training, and motivation to ensure outstanding service delivery Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures aligned with industry standards for commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, and hospitality environments Oversee daily cleaning operations including guest rooms, public areas, laundry services, and back-of-house facilities to uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sanitation protocols to protect staff and guests while maintaining a safe working environment Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to optimize operational efficiency Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness levels, address deficiencies promptly, and uphold quality standards Foster excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns related to housekeeping promptly and professionally Qualifications Proven experience in custodial work within hotel or hospitality settings with a strong background in housekeeping management Supervising experience with team management skills to lead diverse teams effectively Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial practices, and laundry operations Strong understanding of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management protocols Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate with staff and other departments seamlessly Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team supervision and management in fast-paced environments Prior experience in hotel or hospitality industry preferred; certifications related to safety or sanitation are advantageous Join us as an Executive Housekeeper where your leadership will elevate our cleanliness standards while fostering a positive environment for both staff and guests.
