Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure timely and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, safety standards, and adherence to brand policies Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain operational flow Address guest requests or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues effectively Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels based on occupancy rates and operational needs Enforce health and safety regulations related to janitorial practices, industrial cleaning, and equipment use Skills Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial supervision within hospitality environments Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning methods Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team Familiarity with janitorial equipment, safety procedures, and quality control standards Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Ability to communicate clearly with team members and guests in a professional manner Prior experience in hospitality or hotel settings is highly desirable Join us in creating a spotless, inviting environment where every guest feels cared for!
