Responsibilities:

Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Conduct thorough inspections of rooms and facilities, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring corrective actions are taken. Collaborate with the housekeeping team to maintain a seamless workflow and address any challenges promptly. Provide constructive feedback and support to housekeeping staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records of inspections and communicate findings to management for further action. Assist in training new team members, sharing best practices and promoting a positive work environment. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for daily operations.

Qualifications:

Experience in hospitality or a related field, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Ability to conduct detailed inspections and identify areas for improvement with a keen eye for detail. Proven track record of collaborating effectively with teams to maintain seamless operations. Strong communication skills to provide constructive feedback and support to housekeeping staff. Ability to maintain accurate records and communicate findings clearly to management. Experience in training and mentoring team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. Proficiency in managing inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure availability for daily operations.
