$65,000 - $75,000 Metz EVS is hiring for a Director of EVS/Housekeeping & Laundry to oversee operations at a prestigious CCRC in the Dallas/Fort Worth area! The EVS Director is the General Manager for the department, and is responsible for operations management and personnel management. We are looking for an experienced Director of EVS/Housekeeping & Laundry to oversee department operations, environmental services staff and projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that facilities are safe, clean, and well-functioning. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator and well-organized with the ability to optimize the use of space and equipment while monitoring operating costs. Leadership abilities, motivational techniques, and high energy will set you apart. Responsibilities

• Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry departments, including the cleanliness of resident rooms and public areas using ESO quality assurance software
• Lead, hire, and train housekeeping and laundry staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
• Oversee the department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate supplies
• Document areas cleaned by housekeepers, maintain a project calendar, and report any issues such as room damage or maintenance requests
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed
