Responsibilities Assist in managing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas meet sanitation and cleanliness standards. Supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to maintain high performance levels. Oversee cleaning procedures across various departments, including industrial and commercial cleaning tasks. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sanitation protocols to create a safe environment for staff and guests. Coordinate laundry services and custodial activities to support overall hygiene standards. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted service. Foster a team-oriented atmosphere through effective management communication and leadership, promoting professional development. Requirements Proven experience in supervising cleaning teams within hospitality or custodial environments. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and safety regulations applicable to commercial cleaning. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and motivate staff. Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate with staff, vendors, and management seamlessly. Background in hospitality management or housekeeper supervision is preferred. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
