We are looking for a YOU to bring your strong work ethic and amazing personality to our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor to help set us apart by providing excellent customer service and having the cleanest rooms in Lehi ready for our valued guests. Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay in according to our company and brand standards. Skills Work experience as a Room Attendant or just a passion for keeping things clean Ability to work within and lead a team Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products Good physical health and stamina Flexibility to work, day and weekend shifts Attention to Detail The ability to be a self starter Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards Excellent organization skills Ability to follow instructions Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products Excellent organizational and team management skills High school diploma is a plus Responsibilities Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks Oversee staff on a daily basis Inspect Rooms Provide Coaching to team members Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job Respond to customer complaints and special requests Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves Participate in large cleaning projects as required Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
