Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Laundry Supervisor to lead our housekeeping laundry operations. Responsibilities Supervise daily laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distribution of linens and textiles Lead, motivate and support a team of housekeeping staff on the executive housekeepers days off, providing clear instructions and ongoing training in cleaning procedures and safety protocols Ensure compliance with sanitation standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines during all laundry activities Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and laundry chemicals; coordinate procurement as needed Conduct regular inspections of laundry areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency Collaborate with housekeeping management to prioritize laundry tasks based on occupancy levels and special requests Implement quality control measures to guarantee the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for all linens and textiles Requirements Proven experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or industrial cleaning environments with a focus on laundry operations Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience in hospitality or custodial settings Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management techniques Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive team environment Effective communication skills for managerial interactions with staff and other departments Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Prior experience in hospitality housekeeping management or janitorial experience is highly desirable Join us as a Laundry Supervisor
