Duties Lead and supervise teams responsible for industrial cleaning, custodial tasks, and sanitation efforts across various facilities. Develop and implement cleaning & sanitation management strategies aligned with safety regulations and industry best practices. Oversee daily operations of commercial cleaning, housekeeping management, and laundry services to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and efficient team environment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular safety audits, enforcing protocols, and promoting a culture of safety awareness. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries related to cleaning services, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications Proven supervising experience in industrial cleaning, custodial services, or hospitality environments. Hands-on experience with cleaning & sanitation management, including knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. Demonstrated ability to oversee commercial cleaning operations, janitorial services, laundry processes, and housekeeping management. Custodial or janitorial experience is highly desirable; familiarity with sanitation standards is essential.
