Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a Dual Housekeeping Manager to lead housekeeping operations across two hotel properties. This role oversees daily room and public area cleanliness, scheduling, and training of housekeeping teams to brand and safety standards. You'll manage inspections, inventory, and vendor relationships while optimizing labor and supplies. Partner closely with Front Desk and Maintenance to ensure timely turnarounds and exceptional guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Oversee housekeeping operations across two hotel properties Hire, train, and schedule housekeeping staff for optimal coverage Conduct regular room and public area inspections to brand standards Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance to meet turnaround times Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Develop and enforce cleaning procedures and quality controls Analyze labor and supply costs to meet budget goals Handle guest service issues related to room cleanliness Coach and mentor team members to support growth and retention Required Skills Hotel housekeeping operations Team leadership and supervision Staff scheduling Quality control and inspections Inventory and supply management Budgeting and cost control Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment Health and safety compliance Guest service resolution Property management systems (PMS)
