Overview Freedom Global Solutions (FGS), is hiring a dependable Part-Time Custodian to help keep our client facilities clean, safe, and professional. This is a steady, three-day-per-week position, preferably Tuesdays and Fridays , ideal for someone looking for reliable part-time hours with a team that values its people. Schedule Part-time, 2 days per week Preferred days: Tuesday and Friday (some flexibility for the right candidate) Shift times to be discussed during the interview Responsibilities Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors in offices, hallways, and common areas Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and high-touch surfaces Empty trash and recycling and take waste to designated collection areas Dust furniture, fixtures, vents, and window sills; clean glass and entry doors Restock restroom and break room supplies (paper products, soap, sanitizer) Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to label and SDS instructions Report maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to your supervisor Follow site security, safety, and access procedures at client facilities Qualifications Janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred, but we will train the right person Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with little supervision Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Able to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 25-40 lbs Reliable transportation to the work site Must be able to pass a background check (some client sites may have additional access requirements) What We Offer Competitive pay ($14-16 per hour, based on experience) 401(k) retirement plan Consistent, predictable weekly schedule A supportive, respectful team environment Freedom Global Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
