•Baldwin County is looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented independent contractors to help clean and prepare vacation rental properties for arriving guests. We offer consistent cleaning opportunities throughout the year, including both the busy summer season and winter months. Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred , particularly in vacation rentals or hospitality. Compensation & Scheduling Get paid per completed cleaning assignment, not by the hour. Compensation varies by unit or property size, cleaning requirements, and the number of contractors completing the assignment. Contractors may complete multiple properties per day, allowing opportunities for additional earnings based on the number and type of assignments completed. Cleaning teams typically complete 2-4 standard condo turnovers per day, depending on property size and available assignments. Contractors may work independently or as part of a team, depending on the property and assignment. Flexible scheduling based on property turnover needs and contractor availability. Consistent cleaning opportunities throughout both winter and summer. Total earnings and assignment availability vary and are not guaranteed. What You'll Do Clean and prepare vacation rental condos and rental homes between guest stays. Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas. Change linens, make beds, and prepare properties for arriving guests. Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and complete general turnover cleaning tasks. Follow property-specific cleaning checklists and quality expectations. Identify and report damages, maintenance concerns, or missing items. Complete accepted cleaning assignments within the required guest turnover window. What We're Looking For Reliable, dependable individuals with strong attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high cleaning standards. Ability to work independently or as part of a cleaning team. Reliable transportation to and from rental properties. Smartphone for receiving assignments and communicating updates. Good communication and time-management skills.
