POSITION OVERVIEW

TruClean Arkansas is seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated individuals to join our commercial cleaning team. Our cleaners take pride in maintaining high-quality standards while delivering exceptional service to our commercial clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, dependable, and committed to creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments.

SCOPE OF WORK & RESPONSIBILITIES

All team members are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across assigned commercial facilities. Duties include, but are not limited to: Office Cleaning Dust and wipe down desks, workstations, and office furniture Empty and reline wastebaskets and trash receptacles Vacuum carpeted areas and sweep/mop hard-surface floors Clean and sanitize glass doors, partitions, and windows (interior) Straighten and organize common areas and reception spaces Restroom Cleaning & Sanitation Disinfect and scrub toilets, urinals, sinks, and fixtures Clean and sanitize countertops, mirrors, and partitions Restock soap dispensers, paper towels, toilet tissue, and other supplies Mop and disinfect restroom floors Empty trash receptacles and replace liners Showroom Cleaning Dust and polish displays, shelving units, and product fixtures Sweep, vacuum, and mop showroom floors to maintain presentable appearance Clean glass showcases, entry doors, and interior windows Ensure overall showroom appearance meets client standards before opening/closing Breakroom & Kitchen Cleaning Wipe down and sanitize countertops, tables, and chairs Clean exterior surfaces of appliances (microwaves, refrigerators, coffee makers) Wash and sanitize sinks; clean interior of microwaves as needed Sweep and mop kitchen and breakroom floors Empty trash, replace liners, and maintain cleanliness of recycling areas Restock paper products and hand soap as needed Evening Porter Duties Perform ongoing cleaning and maintenance throughout the facility during shift hours Monitor and maintain restrooms, common areas, and high-traffic zones on a routine basis Address spills, messes, and immediate cleaning needs promptly Assist with trash removal, recycling, and facility upkeep as needed Communicate supply needs and any facility issues to supervisors in a timely manner Maintain a courteous and professional presence when interacting with building occupants

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Previous commercial or janitorial cleaning experience preferred; will train the right candidate Ability to work independently and follow detailed cleaning instructions Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Reliable transportation and the ability to report to work on time consistently Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shift Professional, respectful, and team-oriented attitude
