is looking for dependable independent contractors to provide evening commercial cleaning services at automotive dealerships in Conway. These openings are available for immediate start, and applicants selected for a phone screening should be prepared to begin right away. This is a month-to-month independent contractor opportunity , not a traditional hourly W-2 position. Contractors will accept a specific cleaning assignment with designated service days and are responsible for ensuring that the contracted services are completed during the authorized evening service window. Available Service Schedules Contractors may be assigned to one of the following schedules: Monday / Wednesday / Friday Service generally takes place during the authorized 7:00 PM-12:00 AM service window .

Available assignments may include:

Lobby and Shop Trash Specific assignment details and compensation will be provided before a contract is accepted. Cleaning Services May Include Removing trash and replacing liners Sweeping and vacuuming floors Mopping hard floors Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms Cleaning mirrors and designated surfaces Maintaining dealership lobby areas Cleaning designated automotive shop areas Removing visible dirt, debris, and spills Machine scrubbing designated shop floors when required Turning off designated lights Leaving assigned areas clean and ready for the next business day

BRIM CARE

may provide designated cleaning supplies, chemicals, and specialized equipment needed for the contracted services.

Contractor Requirements Applicants must:

Be 18 years of age or older Have reliable transportation Be dependable and consistent Be comfortable working independently Be able to complete accepted assignments on required service days Be able to perform commercial cleaning duties Follow dealership security and building-access requirements Complete required background screening Communicate promptly if an accepted service cannot be completed Service Reliability Once a monthly service assignment is accepted, the contractor is responsible for completing the required services on the contracted service days. If a contractor knows they cannot complete an accepted service, BRIM CARE must be notified as soon as possible . Whenever reasonably possible, contractors are expected to provide at least 48 hours' notice before the service window. Unforeseen emergencies will be considered based on the circumstances. Compensation This opportunity is paid based on the specific monthly service contract accepted , rather than an hourly employee wage.

Payment Schedule:

Contractor payments are issued twice per month—on the 15th and the last day of each month . Contract amount will be disclosed before the contractor accepts the assignment. Each contract is generally for one month , with the possibility of additional monthly assignments based on: Service quality Reliability Business needs Contractor availability Mutual agreement Future assignments are not guaranteed. Independent Contractor / 1099 Notice This is an independent contractor opportunity and not W-2 employment. Contractors are responsible for their own applicable: Federal income taxes State income taxes Self-employment taxes Other applicable tax obligations

does not ordinarily withhold employee payroll taxes from contractor payments.
