ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sweep and mop all tile floors. Strip, wax, and buff as needed.
• Clean and maintain all floor mats
• Replace light bulbs as needed
• Vacuum carpet area's
• Clean and Stock restrooms.
• Empty trash cans and sanitize
• Maintain janitorial equipment and supply inventories in a neat manor.
• Remove debris and litter from parking lot and landscaping areas.
• Shampoo carpets as needed
• Other duties may be assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Working knowledge of standard janitorial supplies and equipment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds on a regular basis.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred
• 2-year work experience in the related field is preferred
