This role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑organized environment for our team. Key Objectives Dust Showrooms, conference rooms and offices Empty all trash and recycling Sweep and mop floors in office areas, bathrooms, kitchens and break rooms. Clean kitchens and break room sinks, counters, tables and chairs Vacuum all carpeted areas Lunchroom and restroom sanitation Replenish all paper and soap supplies Haul garbage to onsite garbage bin Other specific duties as outlined on cleaning checklist Support team members and cross-train as needed Highly dependable with the ability to work Swing Shift schedule (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm) and overtime as needed, including occasional Saturdays Qualifications 0-2 years of related experience preferred Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Consistent ability to follow instructions and repeat processes Ability to repetitively lift 50+ pounds and team-lift/carry 100+ pounds Communicate clearly in English to perform job‑related tasks, including following safety instructions, reading work orders, documenting work, and collaborating with team members. This position involves the use of safety equipment, including respirators or protective masks. To ensure proper fit and compliance with safety standards, facial hair may need to be trimmed or maintained within required guidelines Highly dependable, with the ability to work overtime as needed, including occasional Saturdays Benefits & Compensation The company intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay range of $21.50 - $25.00 per hour. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience. Swing Shift includes a 10% Shift Differential .
