Essential Elements:

Print Under general supervision, the custodian performs routine Janitorial work at Elverta Elementary School. Duties include but not limited to sweeping, mopping, polishing, dusting, including floors, floor covering, furniture, and restroom fixtures; operate mechanical floor cleaners and polishers; perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance. Works well with others. Has significant physical abilities including lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping and reaching. Knowledge of the use of cleaning equipment and material. Has experience as custodian or related job (preferred).
