In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. Your efforts will ensure that our workspaces remain pristine and well-maintained, supporting the overall safety and efficiency of our operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience to contribute to a dynamic team. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and disinfecting surfaces throughout the facility. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break areas, offices, and production spaces to meet health and safety standards. Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners to ensure floors are well-maintained and polished. Assist with light maintenance duties including replacing light bulbs and reporting repairs needed for facility upkeep. Follow established safety procedures during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored; notify management when supplies need replenishing. Support special projects such as industrial cleaning or detailed floor care as needed. Qualifications Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and use of cleaning equipment. Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is a plus. Ability to work independently with attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.

Pay:

$37,400.00 - $42,000.00 per year
