Responsibilities Perform residential window cleaning using traditional squeegee methods, ensuring streak-free results on all types of windows, including skylights and high-rise building windows. Utilize pressure washers and other cleaning equipment safely to remove dirt, grime, and debris from exterior glass surfaces. Conduct storefront window cleaning and interior window cleaning with attention to detail, maintaining high standards of quality. Employ rope access techniques and operate scissor lifts or ladders to access hard-to-reach windows safely, adhering strictly to safety protocols. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly during all outdoor work activities to ensure safety at heights and around cleaning chemicals. Clean outdoor surfaces such as glass doors, frames, and surrounding areas, contributing to overall property appearance. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with homeowners, addressing questions professionally, and ensuring satisfaction with the finished work. Qualifications Proven experience in residential window cleaning or custodial work; familiarity with storefront window cleaning is a plus. Skilled in the use of cleaning equipment including pressure washers, traditional squeegees, and skylight cleaning tools. Comfortable working at heights using ladders, scissor lifts, or rope access techniques while following safety protocols diligently. Knowledge of high-rise building window cleaning procedures is advantageous but not required; training will be provided if needed. Strong understanding of safety practices related to outdoor work environments, PPE use, and equipment operation. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
