THE LOT is a RESTAURANT/CINEMA/BAR and CAFE that provides a unique entertainment experience. If you enjoy a fast-moving environment, great tips, and love meeting fun people come and join us! We are looking for experienced turners ( Cinema Cleaning) , who can be part of an entertainment team!

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Clean, sweep, vacuum, and mop theaters, hallways, and main entrances to maintain overall cleanliness. Clean and sanitize all public areas, including restrooms, stalls, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures. Replenish restroom supplies such as paper products, soap, and other amenities as needed. Remove trash, food, and debris from auditoriums after each showing to ensure quick turnover between screenings. Dust and sanitize theater seats, armrests, cupholders, and railings. Clean and maintain entrance and exit areas, hallways, and garbage disposal areas. Empty, clean, and sanitize waste receptacles and recycling bins. Ensure cleanliness and organization of janitorial closets and storage areas. Safely operate and maintain cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies. Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly. Perform additional cleaning or light maintenance duties as requested by the Cinema Manager. Follow all THE LOT safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols. Support fellow team members by assisting in other departments as needed. Associate is held accountable for all duties of this job and other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum 1 year of janitorial or custodial experience preferred, but not required. Familiarity with cleaning products, supplies, and safety protocols. Ability to follow detailed cleaning schedules and procedures. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work independently without constant supervision. Must be able to communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and coworkers. Must be professional in appearance and demeanor. Must comply with all THE LOT policies and safety standards.

Pay:

$18.50 - $19.50 per hour
